Your information.
A clear purpose.
Skyline Media Chicago, LLC, operating as SMGP, uses the information you submit to assess your recruitment firm's fit for our services and respond to your application.
What we collect
The application asks for your name, work email and mobile number. We also save the offer and form version, consent record, submission time and campaign parameters included in the link you used.
How your information is used
Your answers are saved to SMGP’s systems as you complete each step, so we can follow up even if you do not finish. The completed application is also stored through Netlify Forms for SMGP to review. You can then choose a strategy-call time in Calendly. SMGP may contact you about your application, booking and attendance. This does not enroll you in general email or text marketing.
Hosting and form processing
Netlify hosts these pages and processes applications on our behalf. It may process technical information, including your IP address and browser information, to deliver the site and filter spam. Applications are accessible to authorized account users in the Netlify dashboard.
Scheduling and browser storage
Calendly handles call scheduling and booking messages. With JavaScript enabled, this site temporarily keeps your name, email and campaign details in the current browser tab to prefill the calendar. The prefill expires after two hours and is cleared when the embedded calendar reports a completed booking. Your name and email are sent to Calendly when its calendar loads, together with campaign attribution. They are not placed in this site's page URL. If browser storage is unavailable, you can enter your details directly in the calendar.
Confirming attendance by email or text is separate from reserving a calendar time. This page does not automatically verify email acceptance or text replies, and it does not automatically cancel a booking if you have not replied.
Analytics and ad measurement
These pages use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, completed applications and booked calls from our advertising. When you complete an application or book a call, we also send Meta your email address, phone number and name in hashed form (a one-way code, not readable text), with your browser details and IP address, so Meta can tell which ad led to it. Your other answers are not sent to Meta or Google. All of this is turned off when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Some visitors see a short video above the application. A setting saved in your browser, smgp_lpv, keeps the same version when you come back. It holds only the word vsl or book.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your application, or ask us not to contact you again, by emailing contact@skylinemediachicago.com. We retain application information while evaluating or managing the business relationship and handle deletion requests subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
